We use a cold water steriliser and just pop them in and take a new one out every now and then. Nice and easy If you don't have a steriliser then just put the dummies in boiling water for 5 mins.

I was going to stop sterlising at 6 months and just wash and rinse.
I was unaware that you could not use a microwave until I read the back of the packet, I have been doing it with no probs so far, I don't have to do it at all now, as my girl won't use them.
You can also use a product called milton , it just goes in cold water and you leave it for 15 minutes.
